About the role
Here at White Cross Vets, Widnes we are looking for a Client Care Co-ordinator to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time permanent basis.
As our receptionist it is important that you have the below qualities:

Our ideal candidate
Previous experience working in a busy reception environment managing phone calls and cash handling is desirable. Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, working to tight deadlines and using IT systems would also be advantageous. In an environment which is often emotionally stressful for clients and pets, the ability to remain calm, confident, and friendly under pressure is essential.
About the rota and salary
This is a part time, permanent position of 34 hours per week (including a share of Saturdays - with time given back in lieu). The shift pattern will be between practice opening times of Mon-Fri 8:30am-7:00pm and Saturdays, so flexibility will be required.
The salary for this role will be up to £22,385 DOE per annum.
