We are looking for a part-time experienced Veterinary Receptionist to cover maternity leave to join our small, friendly team in Worcester. The rota will be 25 hours per week with the possibility of becoming a permanent role.

This consists of ideally working, but variations can be discussed at interview:

The core element of the role is direct contact with Clients in the Practice and over the phone in addition to phone and email communication.

Other tasks include maintaining the appointments diary, ordering supplies, promotion of health care plans and making Clients aware of pet insurance options and liaising with the Nurses and Vets to Triage Patients where needed.

We have an expanding client base and we are keen to bring in new talent to explore new ideas and methods to improve the overall offering to our Clients and Patients. The Lowesmoor team works closely together with an established respectful workplace culture providing mutual support for each other.

We currently have 3 experienced receptionists who provide cover from Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
