Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Rowe Vet Group (part of IVC Evidensia) is based in the South West, with branches in Thornbury, Yate, Winterbourne, and a 24-hour hospital in Bradley Stoke. We pride ourselves on clinical excellence and providing a patient-appropriate, compassionate service for our clients. You will join a well-established team of over 30 Veterinary Surgeons across the group, a strong, experienced nursing team, and a fantastic support team.

How you'll make a difference
As a valued member of the reception team, you will be the first point of contact for pets and their owners.
Your duties will include:
Greeting our clients and their pets in a professional and courteous manner
Booking, cancelling and changing appointments
Dealing with queries by phone, email and face to face promptly and professionally
Advising clients on our preventative healthcare products and promoting Pet Healthcare Plans and pet insurance Dispensing medications/prescriptions
Taking payments, cashing up and all other general admin and reception duties
This is a part-time role working 32 hours per week. Your shift pattern will be a Monday, Thursday, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm & Wednesday 10:00am-7:00pm plus 1:4 weekends from 8:00am-5:00pm at our main hospital in Bradley Stoke.
