We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a part-time receptionist to join our welcoming team across our Salisbury, Amesbury, and Wilton branches. As a vital part of our reception team, you'll help ensure the smooth operation of our practice while delivering exceptional client service and contributing to the care of our patients.

Your New Role


As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional service.
Your responsibilities will involve warmly greeting clients and their pets, efficiently scheduling, and organising appointments, and managing administrative tasks such as answering phone inquiries and responding to emails. You’ll ensure client and patient records are accurately maintained, keep owners informed about their pets' care and treatment, and assist the veterinary team by promoting seamless communication and coordination of services.

Our Ideal Candidate 


We are seeking an individual with prior receptionist experience who possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organisational abilities and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be capable of multitasking and effectively prioritising tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours


This is a part-time position, totalling 21 hours per week, with shifts as follows: Monday 9am - 2pm in Salisbury, Wednesday 2pm - 7pm in Salisbury, Thursday 1pm - 7pm in Amesbury, and Friday 8am - 1pm in Amesbury. Additionally, you will be required to work a Saturday morning (approximately 1 in 4) at our Salisbury branch from 8:30am - 1pm. Flexibility to occasionally work longer hours to cover holidays and sickness across all branches is also required.
