At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.
Based on the outskirts of Truro, Kenwyn is a friendly, close-knit mixed farm and equine practice with strong ties to the local farming community. We’re looking for an organised, approachable people person to help keep our practice running smoothly. You’ll oversee the Client Care Team, coordinate rotas and holidays, manage insurance claims and debt recovery, and ensure equipment servicing and compliance records are maintained.
You’ll also lead performance reviews, support team development, manage absence and workload, champion our FAB programme and oversee client complaints through to resolution. You’ll help maintain high standards, keep things on track and ensure our team has the support they need to thrive.
