We provide a welcoming and supportive environment, catering to a diverse range of clients, from leisure horse owners to international competition yards.
The perfect fit
We are seeking a candidate with excellent customer service skills, who can demonstrate empathy and manage sensitive situations effectively. Experience in a customer-facing role, whether in person or over the phone, is an advantage. You should be passionate about supporting both people and animals, possess strong IT skills, and have the ability to record data with precision. Attention to detail and being a team player are key qualities. While knowledge of the veterinary industry is a plus, it is not required.
Your shift pattern
You will join the team on a full time basis, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 9 am - 5 pm.
