White Cliffs Vets is a small animal first opinion practice located in Dover on the south east coast. Our team consists of 3 Veterinary Surgeons, 6.5 Veterinary Nurses, 2.5 Receptionists (including yourself) and a Director of Practice. We are surrounded by pebbled beaches, with close links to ferries and the train for various destinations across Europe. We are also within reasonable distance to London for city visits. We are active within our community and as such have built a loyal client base.

How you'll make a difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience at every interaction. 
 
You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications, and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey. 
 
You will be required to work 40 hours per week with a rotating shift pattern of 8am-4.30pm and 10am-6.30pm Monday to Friday There may be a possibility to work 40 hours over 4 days, this will be discussed in interview. You will also be required to work 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8am-12noon. You will be given an early finish on the Friday after the weekend.
