Your New Role


You will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional client communication and service throughout the patient journey, from admission to discharge. Acting as the central liaison between clients, clinicians, and the Clinical Administration team, you will ensure seamless coordination of patient admissions, inpatient care, and discharges, while maintaining a consistent, transparent, and client-focused experience.

Hamilton Specialist Referrals (HSR) is a purpose-built, state of the art veterinary hospital that provides the latest in specialist treatments for cats and dogs, situated just outside of High Wycombe (J4, M40), Buckinghamshire. 
The hospital is operational 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and can offer the most advanced treatment options available for Orthopaedic, Neurology, Soft Tissue, Oncology, and Internal Medicine cases. 
Despite working within such a large team, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and supportive culture with a focus on development, clinical excellence, and gold standard patient care.

Could This Be a Role For You?


We are looking for someone with previous experience in a customer service environment and administrative environment. You should have a high level of interpersonal skills and be capable of quickly developing strong working relationships. You will also require an excellent attention to detail with the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced environment. 

Working Pattern


This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week over 5 days per week, with 8.5 hour shifts inclusive of unpaid 30 min break. Hours between 07:30am and 8:00pm. No OOH requirement at this time. 

We are open to discussing part-time and can be flexible, though hours will need to be between 7:30am-8:00pm
