Kingswood Vets has well-established busy practices in both Woking and Chertsey. We are a dedicated team offering a high standard of Veterinary Care to all our patients.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming clients and patients to the practice
Answering telephone enquiries and booking appointments
Managing reception and administrative duties
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the veterinary team with day-to-day practice operations
Providing exceptional customer care at all times

Working pattern

3 days per week
Shift patterns between 8:30am and 6:30pm
Flexibility to provide additional cover for team members during annual leave and other absences is essential
