Here at Crown Vets Fort William, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Receptionist/Insurance Administrator to join our team!. Previous experience is preferable but not essential as full training on our practice management system will be provided, IT skills including use of Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.
Crown Vets is a busy mixed Veterinary practice based in Fort William, the Outdoor Capital of the UK. We are a friendly and welcoming practice, our team of 23 staff are dedicated to providing first class care for animals and their owners.
Our Ideal candidate
We are looking for an individual who is efficient, has a flexible approach, excellent communication skills and most importantly a strong team player. An ability to multitask under pressure in a very busy environment is also desirable.
About the rota and salary
This is a part-time permanent position working Monday to Friday between 8:30am-6:15pm depending on the shift (32 hours per week) There will be 1 in 4 Saturdays working a half day.
The salary will be up to £19,552 DOE per annum.
