Here at Fair City Vets, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team. This is a part-time role working 20 hours per week.

Fair City Vets is a veterinary practice located in the heart of Perth. Known for our compassionate care, clinical excellence, and community focus.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

20 hours per week

Rota basis between the hours of 8am-7pm

Key Responsibilities

Greeting clients and their pets with warmth and empathy

Managing appointments, phone calls, and emails efficiently

Taking payments and handling invoices accurately

Liaising with the clinical team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Maintaining confidentiality and patient records with precision

Supporting a calm and reassuring environment, especially during sensitive situations
