Out of our typical operating hours we run an emergency and critical care centre, we’re seeking a passionate and dedicated part-time Client Care Advisor to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring they receive a warm welcome and professional service. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation of our practice and ensuring the satisfaction of our clients and the well-being of their pets.

Opened in 2019 and purpose-built to industry-leading standards, Swift Referrals is a multi-disciplinary referral hospital, offering the very best in veterinary excellence, all under one roof. We specialise in the areas of orthopaedics, neurology, internal medicine and soft tissue surgery, housing world-class facilities on our premises from advanced imaging machines to specialist treatment and aftercare rooms. The hospital has fantastic equipment available including 1.5T Siemens MRI scanner, 128 Slice GE CT scanner, doppler ultrasound, endoscopy, arthroscopy and state-of-the-art operating theatres.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for referring veterinarians, partner practices, and pet owners to schedule appointments. Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally. Gather and manage animal medical histories, ensuring electronic and physical records are accurate and up to date. Handle service fees, process payments, and issue invoices or receipts. Provide support to team members as required.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous customer service experience. Excellent customer service skills. Proficiency in using office equipment, computer software, and electronic medical record systems. The ability to work alone and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working Pattern:
This part-time role includes the following shifts:
Fridays from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PMEvery other Saturday and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
There may also be opportunities to take on additional hours to provide cover for holidays and sickness as needed.
