We are looking for a friendly person to join our team as a full-time Client Care Representative in our busy, customer-focused veterinary practices based in Chesham and Amersham.
We are a thriving practice with an excellent reputation in our local community and pride ourselves on our impeccable customer care.
This role is fast-paced and fun with no working day the same so we are looking for calm and committed individuals who enjoy a challenge and work well under pressure.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Liaising with the clients and the clinical staff to provide 5-star customer careMeeting and greeting clients with professionalismBooking appointments and diary managementManaging telephone and email enquiriesTaking payment for services and productsManaging cash and end of day bankingCleaning and preparing rooms for consultationsOpening and closing the practice

The Wheelhouse Veterinary Centre is owned by IVC Evidensia and led by our own in-house management team. We have had the privilege of caring for small animals in the local community for 60 years.
All of our team members share the same passion to provide our clients and their pets with the best care and service possible.
We are all animal lovers and pet owners who take great pride in treating pets as if they are our own.
Working pattern
As we operate over four branches, successful candidates may be required to provide cover at alternative sites; therefore, access to your own vehicle and a full, clean driving license is essential.
This is a full-time role covering 40 hours per week, inclusive of 1:4 Saturdays.
The salary for this role is up to £23,878 depending on experience.
