As a Client Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their pets. Your role will involve delivering outstanding customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. 

You will greet all clients warmly and professionally, answer phone calls, and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide clients with informative and empathetic guidance, converting inquiries into appointments to support pet healthcare. Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection while presenting a knowledgeable and professional image that promotes the practice and instils confidence in our clients.

We are a large 11 branch practice with a variety of Certificate holder Veterinary Surgeons. We have a range of facilities from Dental xray, digital Xray, ultrasound, CT scanner and Digital Laparoscope.  

What We’re Looking For:


  • Previous receptionist experience or the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate demeanour.
  • Proficiency in using office equipment, computer software, and electronic medical record systems is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.

    Working Pattern: 


    This is a part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The shifts for the role are Monday to Friday 2:15pm to 6:15pm. There are no weekend shifts for this role.
