We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to come and work with us in our very busy veterinary hospital.

The successful candidate will have worked in a veterinary surgery before as experience is essential. They must be client-focused, with a desire to go that extra mile for our very loyal and valued client base. A good level of computer literacy and initiative is also essential along with the ability to work as part of a close-knit team as well as on their own. Our practice thrives on our colleague interaction, so a sense of humour and a positive outlook is also essential.

Hart Vets, established in 1993 by Ian & Clare Hart, is now part of the IVC group while retaining a family-oriented atmosphere. We operate a modern small animal hospital in Bicester and a practice in Waddesdon. Our surgeries feature the latest technology to ensure top-quality care.

You will work up to 35 hours per week. This will include weekends working on a rota basis. The ability to work regularly at the weekend is an essential part of this job.
