Here at Strathmore Veterinary Clinic, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our fantastic team on a part-time basis.

As the first point of contact, our receptionists play a vital role in ensuring that our clients and their pets have a welcoming and positive experience.

We are a gold standard cat-friendly practice with a separate cat ward and cat theatre. We are situated in a rural town just off the A303 with good links to London, coastal areas and the countryside. We are also close to several larger cities such as Salisbury, Southampton and Winchester and are approximately an hour away from Southampton and London Heathrow airports. 

 

The Andover area is affordable to live in, and the practice is a five-minute walk to the town centre. There are multiple big supermarkets in the area, a cinema,a bowling alley, several pubs and restaurants and nightlife. Public transport is good, with a large bus station and a train station with direct trains to London Waterloo. 

You will work Monday to Friday, covering 3 hours per day, rotating with early and late shifts. You will also be involved in the 1:4 Saturday rota, working 8:30 am - 1 pm.
