We are looking for a friendly and well organised experienced veterinary receptionist to join our team, working on a full-time basis at our busy Lynton Vets in Horsell clinic. This is a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, lasting approximately 12 months. As the face of our practice, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for clients and supporting the smooth running of our clinics. You will work closely with our dedicated vet and nursing teams to ensure the highest level of service for both clients and their pets.

We are a long established, Small Animal Veterinary Group. As a progressive practice we recently relocated to our brand new, purpose-built practice in Woking, and continue to invest to refurbish and equip our other 2 practices to the same high standard.

The practice maintains state of the art clinical equipment such dental radiography, Virtual Veterinary equipment (VVS) ultrasound scanners, anaesthetic multiparameter and patient warming equipment. We also have a purpose-built grooming salon at our main site. We have a loyal client base and a gold standard reputation across the local community. We have great transport links to London and the beauty and history of Surrey on our doorstep ready to explore.

Our 6 Veterinary Surgeons are supported by a great team of 8 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 4 Student Veterinary Nurses, 4 ANAs and experienced Receptionists across the Group. We have a family like culture in practice and have embedded a truly support and encourage ethos amongst the team. Each practice has an essential SOS chocolate station, and we are never short of cake with some excellent bakers across the group! Mental and physical well-being of the team is paramount to us.

You will cover shifts between 7:30 am and 7:30 pm, including 1:4 Saturdays.
