We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Robson and Prescott on a part-time fixed-term  basis for 10 months.

Our main hospital is at Whorral Bank, Morpeth. Our branch surgeries are at Alnwick, Ashington, Bedlington, Blyth, Seaton Delaval, West Moor and Morpeth town centre & Newbiggin. Our state-of-the-art facilities at our Whorral Bank Hospital include four operating theatres, a dental suite, fully-equipped diagnostic laboratory, x-ray room, ultra sound including endoscopy facilities. There are separate wards for dogs, cats, birds, small mammals and exotics, a physio and hydrotherapy suite and six consulting rooms. Our Whorral Bank Hospital is staffed 24-hours and allows us to provide round the clock emergency care for your pet. This care is provided by our team of dedicated vets and nurses.

 

How You’ll Make a Difference

 

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

Working Pattern

You would be working on a shift basis to cover our opening hours at Whorral Bank, which are 8am-8pm Monday – Thursday & 8am-6.30pm Friday. You would also be required to work at branch surgeries and Saturday shifts on a rotational basis.
