Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Churchview Vets is a thriving small animal practice committed to providing exceptional patient care and delivering a seamless client experience. With two locations in Heswall and Neston, our close-knit team consists of 5 vets, 4 nurses, 2 veterinary care assistants, and 3 front-of-house staff.

How you'll make a difference
Your role will include:
Greeting clients and their pets in a warm and professional manner
Managing appointments and maintaining the practice diary
Answering phone calls and responding to enquiries
Handling payments and processing invoices
Maintaining accurate client and patient records
Supporting the veterinary team with administrative tasks
Ensuring the reception area remains clean, calm, and welcoming
This is a permanent role working either (35hrs) 4 days per week or PT (20hrs) 2-3 days per week. This would primarily be at the Heswall branch but you may be required to cover at the Neston branch on occasions. You may also be required to work a Saturday morning on a rota basis as part of your weekly hours
