Bridge Vets are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient service at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Managing appointments and handling phone and email inquiries.
  • Updating and maintaining our clinic's IT systems.
  • Supporting our veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.

    Bridge Vets is a well-established veterinary practice that creates a positive, supportive, and enjoyable environment for our team. We are currently looking for a friendly and confident Receptionist to join our fantastic team.

    What we need from you


  • Minimum education level: GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths.
  • Confident in public-facing roles and using IT systems.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients and their pets.
  • Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

    Working pattern


    You will work four 9.25-hour shifts across Monday-Friday, between 8:15 am – 6:30 pm. With inclusion in the 1:6 Saturday rota working 8:15 am – 12:30 pm at our main clinic in Pontllanfraith.
