Bridge Vets are looking for a dynamic individual to join them as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and efficient service at our clinic. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.Managing appointments and handling phone and email inquiries.Updating and maintaining our clinic's IT systems.Supporting our veterinary team with administrative tasks as needed.

What we need from you
Minimum education level: GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths.Confident in public-facing roles and using IT systems.Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping clients and their pets.Experience preferred but not essential – full training provided

Working pattern
You will work four 9.25-hour shifts across Monday-Friday, between 8:15 am – 6:30 pm. With inclusion in the 1:6 Saturday rota working 8:15 am – 12:30 pm at our main clinic in Pontllanfraith.
