We are seeking an organised, personable Receptionist to join our team at Bath Vets - Rosemary Lodge Hospital on a full-time and part time basis.

Located in the stunning city of Bath, Rosemary Lodge is a long-established Tier 3 veterinary hospital equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, including on-site MRI, CT, digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and in-house diagnostic capabilities. We take pride in fostering a friendly and supportive working environment with a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing. How You’ll Make a Difference 

 
 
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction. 
 
You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.
 
We have a few positions available:

Role 1 - Working between Rosemary Lodge & Peasedown Surgery. An average of 30.88 hours including 1 in 4 weekends
Role 2 - Working between Rosemary Lodge & Keynsham Surgery. An average of 19.5 hours including 1 in 3 Saturdays
Role 3 - Working at all Bath Vets sites - an average of 40 hours per week
Role 4 - Working at all Bath Vets sites - an average of 24 hours per week

 
General responsibilities include:
 
  • Meeting and greeting clients
    Booking appointments
    Dealing with any queries
    Taking payments
    Dispensing medication
    Interacting with customers
