Here at Moorview Vets, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. The role This will involve working across several of our different sites. Receptionist duties include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients and visitors Dealing with telephone and email queries including booking appointments and surgical procedures on our Practice Management System Minimal animal handling under supervision of a Vet (additional training provided as needed) Processing payments Insurance advice and queries Promoting our Pet health club Cleaning reception area, consultation rooms etc
Our ideal candidate
This position will best suit a proactive, enthusiastic individual who is compassionate and who has great communication and computer skills. Experience within the veterinary industry is ideal but not essential.
Rota and salary
We are offering 1 permanent, full time position (40 hours per week). Working hours are Monday to Friday (between
7.30am –
8.30pm) on a rota basis with varied shift patterns between these hours. Saturdays are equally shared on a rota basis, with time off in lieu the following week.
The salary will be up to £23,879 DOE per annum.
