Here at Bryn and Golborne, we are looking for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be joining a thriving and dynamic practice based over two sites.
Duties will include answering phone calls, greeting and arriving clients and patients, processing referrals, insurances and payments, offering superb personal care to clients in the waiting area, monitoring and contributing to infection control. You will also be involved in helping our clients take advantage our preventative health care plans, be given training in bereavement awareness, and have access to our extensive intranet training helping you progress in your career.
Rota and salary
This is a full-time permanent role working 37 hours per week over 4 days. There will be 1:4 Saturday mornings involved.
The salary will be up to £23,161 DOE per annum.
