We have an exciting opportunity for a position in our administration team. This role is varied requiring to be the responsible person for all health and safety across all 4 of our branches. You will be based at our main Lichfield hospital on a 5 day per week rota and will work alongside our account's and insurance team. The position also includes being a PA to the practice manager on a day to day basis and picking up tasks in their absence.
About the role
The role includes many administrative duties including day to day running and presentation of the practice and maintenance of service records, support for cashing up and supporting the accounts and insurance department during sickness and holidays to help with debt management. You will also be required to submit works for jobs for all 4 practices in conjunction with the practice manager. This is a great opportunity to come and work with a fantastic team as a varied role.
Rota
This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week over 5 days. There are no weekends or bank holidays involved.
Our ideal candidate
Having a degree of knowledge and flexibility within this role and the veterinary sector would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided. It would be ideal if you hold the NEBOSH certificate along with any other health and safety qualification's. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment and as part of a large team.
