Kingston Veterinary Group is a long established group of 2 practices in the heart of Somerset and Dorset. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

 

You'll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

 

We are looking for a Full time receptionist to join our wonderful team, on a full time basis working Monday to Friday, 40 hours with a 1:4 Saturday morning inclusive. The role will be predominantly working at our Yeovil site, but with having the flexibility to work at our Sherborne site when needed.

 

We are looking for someone with a very strong team ethic, where the patient and client journey is of the highest standard. We are very keen to support with further learning.

 

You will be a strong advocate of delivering exceptional patient care, with outstanding communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced environment is key.

 

Prior experience in the veterinary field is advantageous but comprehensive training will be provided.
