Penmellyn Veterinary Group is based in West Cornwall, we are a busy first opinion and Referral Veterinary Practice with 6 branches spread across the county. We are looking for a team member to manage our client accounts, this role is a Fixed Term contract to cover Maternity leave. This role would suit an individual who enjoys problem solving and has a keen eye for detail and a practical understanding of Microsoft Excel.
Main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to;
Writing letters to inform customers of their outstanding accountsAnswering phone calls from non-paying customers with questions about their debtsCalling non-paying customers and determining why their payments are outstandingExplaining payment plan options to non-paying customers, negotiating payment terms and enrolling customers interested in these payment programsLiaising with our Insurance team and front of house to ensure payment plans are followed up.
Working pattern is 30 hours per week over 4 days.
