Contract: Full-time, Permanent

At inspiring vet care, our people are at the heart of everything we do. As the UK’s number one vet care provider, we're trusted with the care of over 2 million animals, delivering our purpose of healthier animals and happier owners.

Located on the outskirts of Peterborough, we enjoy the convenience and excellent transport links of the city while embracing the idyllic country lifestyle. We specialise in exotics, soft tissue/orthopaedic surgeries, and ophthalmology referrals, ensuring a broad spectrum of cases to challenge and inspire you.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, playing a key role in delivering a welcoming, professional and compassionate experience at every interaction.

You’ll support the smooth running of the practice by managing appointments, handling enquiries, supporting client communications and working closely with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to ensure a positive client and patient journey.

Working Pattern

We are looking for someone to cover 40 hours per week, either as 1 full time position, or 2 part time positions. The role would also include a share of 1 in 4 Saturday mornings 8.30-12.00. No OOH. Flexibility for holiday and sick cover will also be required.

You Might Be a Great Fit If...

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and work alongside our existing team of dedicated and hard-working individuals. Previous veterinary practice experience is preferred, but not essential as long as a passion to work in the animal care industry exists.
