We have a fantastic opportunity for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at Forest Vets at our practice in Port Talbot. As a receptionist, you will provide a friendly, efficient, and professional service to our clients and their animals. You will need to work well within an established team in a busy environment across both of our practices. Our ideal person will have some experience in a customer-facing role or has worked as a receptionist previously.
Main duties would include:
Answering the telephone, booking appointments and processing requests for prescriptions.Dealing with clients at reception and enquiries, taking payments and banking.Accurately recording client and animal details on our practice management system.Cleaning duties are involved.

Work pattern
This position is 4 10-hour days per week on a rota and will also share in the Saturday rota (8:30 am -12.30 pm ).
The salary for this role is up to £23,795.20 DOE.
