You’ll be predominantly be working at our small animal hospital in beautiful Brighton with occasional shifts at our stunning branch site in Peacehaven. Role Overview
As the Reception Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our reception area, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for our clients and their pets. Your leadership will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of client care that New Priory Vets is known for.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the reception team to deliver outstanding client service.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and client communications.
Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with veterinary and administrative staff to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
What We Offer
Salary: Up to £27,000 per annum dependent on experience.
Hours: 40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.
