Here at Taverham Vets, we are looking for a friendly Accounts/Insurance Administrator to join our team. Responsibilities will include debt control which includes telephoning clients for payment, managing the pet health club, completing insurance claims and discussing claims with clients and insurers and dealing with bacs payments. You will also liaise with other departments as well as clients.

We are looking for someone who is confident, focused, numerate and who can work well as part of a team.

This is a part-time permanent role working 30 hours per week on a Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Our hospital status practice is home to a brand new CT scanner, dental suite, new and improved canine kennels, ISFM gold standard cat kennels, dedicated isolation facilities and four operating theatres. Within the hospital our team regularly perform ultrasonography, cardiology and orthopaedic surgeries. Longwater Lane is a one-vet branch surgery offering personal and high-quality services including surgical procedures and an in-house laboratory. The practice is also home to a luxury veterinary-led cattery and an excellent hydrotherapy and physiotherapy service.  The practices are based in the peaceful towns of Taverham and Costessey, just 15 minutes from the historic city of Norwich and less than an hour from some of the best beaches the UK has to offer!
