Are you currently studying Veterinary Nursing or Veterinary Medicine and looking for hands-on clinical experience alongside your studies? This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, supportive, and clinically driven veterinary team while continuing your education.
Whether you're looking to gain valuable practical experience, build confidence in a busy hospital environment, or earn alongside your studies, this role offers the chance to develop your skills and work alongside experienced Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses in a modern, progressive practice.
This is a part-time weekend position, ideal for students looking to balance work with college commitments.
You will work Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm
There is also the opportunity to pick up additional shifts during college holidays, mid-term breaks, study periods, and throughout the year to support annual leave and sickness cover, providing flexibility and the potential to increase your earnings and clinical exposure when available.
This role will give you exposure to a wide variety of nursing and patient care responsibilities, allowing you to apply your learning in a real clinical environment while working closely with an experienced team.
Duties will include supporting the nursing team with patient care, preparing and maintaining clinical areas, assisting with inpatient monitoring, laboratory work, infection control procedures, client interactions, and general hospital duties.
No two days are the same, making this an exciting role for someone who is eager to learn and gain valuable industry experience.
What truly makes our clinic special is the people. We’re a friendly, supportive, and down-to-earth team that works closely together, always ready to help each other out and have a laugh along the way. As a key part of our team, you’ll be the first smiling face our clients see, and your role will be key to making them and their pets feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
You’ll be joining a workplace where teamwork, respect, and kindness are part of daily life. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a genuinely caring veterinary team.
No two days are ever quite the same, and your contribution will make a real difference to the smooth running of the clinic - and to the experience of every pet and owner who visits us.
