As our practice continues to grow, we’re now looking for a caring, supportive and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help shape the next chapter of our story.
This is a site-based, people-facing leadership role, perfect for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, supporting others to succeed, and making a real difference to both team and client experience.
This role is available for up to 40 hours per week, typically worked over 5 days, Monday to Friday. However, we are very open to discussing flexible/reduced hours or fewer days for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:
Working closely with the Director of Practice and Clinical Services, Lead Vet, Head Receptionist, and IVC Central Support teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the practice while enhancing both team and client experience. Your responsibilities include:
Leading, supporting, and motivating the practice team to foster a positive and collaborative working environmentMaintaining practice standards and ensuring compliance with RCVS guidelinesFinancial management, including: Managing a practice budget, Stock control, Initiating capital expenditure requests, Supporting payroll production and queriesHuman Resources responsibilities, including: Line management and AppraisalsOversight of building and equipment maintenanceEnsuring Health & Safety compliance with team supportRecruitment and monitoring of mandatory and ongoing training complianceActing as the first point of contact for IT queries (with support from a central IT function)Handling and resolving client complaints in a timely and professional mannerAttending and leading practice and area meetings
