Role: Veterinary Receptionist

We have 17 Vets and 26 Nurses including SVN’s and further supported by VCA’s and an Administrative Support team. How you'll make a difference
You will be part of a fast paced and friendly team, responsible for being the first point of contact to our clients. You will be booking appointments and dealing with a variety of enquiries either face to face, over the phone or via email. Maintaining client records and taking payments when required whilst also ensuring that our clients receive the excellent service that we are known for.
This exciting position will require you to work at different sites, therefore a car is essential for this role. You could be asked to cover any one of our seven sites which are situated in Brighton, Portslade, Southwick, Lancing, Broadwater, Tarring and Durrington.
This is a full-time permanent role working various shifts starting between 8:00am and 10:00am, finishing between 5:00pm and 7:00pm. You will be working 5 x 9 hour days with 1 hour unpaid lunch, Monday to Friday. Will include 1/8 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:00pm
