Efficiently manage the diary Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries Keep accurate records and manage client files with accuracy Assist with horse handling and care when needed. Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area. Collaborate with veterinary staff and other team members to ensure top-notch service.
Previous experience as a receptionist, ideally in an equine or veterinary setting. Strong horse handling skills and a deep understanding of equine care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with office software and record-keeping. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic environment. A positive attitude and a genuine passion for working with horses.

This is a full-time or part-time role working between the hours of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.
