We are looking for a GBS Integration R2R Manager to join us in our mission and ensure the successful integration of new clinics joining IVC Evidensia.
You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with the GBS Integration R2R Tower Lead, reviewing financial reconciliations, managing clinic P&Ls, and collaborating with in-country teams and Genpact. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards as our organisation continues to grow rapidly.
Day to day, the GBS Integration R2R Manager will be involved in:
Owning specific clinic P&Ls and ensuring accurate monthly management accounts.
Delivering comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations.
Providing clear P&L explanations and commentary to Genpact BAU Finance Managers.
Supporting in-country teams with clinic reconciliation and resolving process issues
Line managing a team, offering guidance and reviewing their work
Optimising processes for efficiency and supporting future growth
Responding to Group interim and year-end audit queries
Handling / Leading additional projects or tasks as required
Ideally, the GBS Integration R2R Manager will have:
Degree-level education and fully qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent.
Experience in management accounting roles in similar-sized organisations.
Proven line management skills and commercial experience.
Strong IT skills, including advanced Excel
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
