The GBS OTC Integration SME sits within the Integration team and is responsible for ensuring newly acquired practices are smoothly integrated into Group processes, specifically across Banking and Takings.
This includes supporting practice onboarding, aligning newly acquired businesses with IVC Evidensia policies, systems and controls, and providing functional expertise throughout the acquisition lifecycle.
Ensuring all banking and takings processes are reconciled, standardised and transitioned to BAU within the defined integration timeline
Supporting practice onboarding and alignment to Group processes and controls

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities
Banking and Takings Operations
Complete accurate bank reconciliations within month-end timelines and lead resolution of complex or escalated issues across acquisitions
Manage daily and weekly rolling and posting of bank accounts
Investigate and resolve bank-related queries, working closely with practices and finance coordinators
Ensure takings compliance, including accurate allocation of income and resolution of mismatches
Integration Responsibilities
Deliver all integration tasks for allocated practices, ensuring alignment to IVC Evidensia banking and takings processes prior to BAU handover
Ensure legacy bank accounts are closed within SLA requirements, typically within 90 days
Work collaboratively with the BPO provider, Genpact, to ensure the expected level of service from an OTC perspective
Support the Integration Tower Lead with standardisation and continuous improvement of acquisition processes
Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with key teams including Accounts Payable, Treasury and local finance teams
Manage shared mailboxes and respond to internal queries within SLA requirements
Experience & Qualifications
Essential
High level of accuracy and strong numerical skills
Clear and confident communication skills
Proven ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong IT skills, including intermediate Excel capability
Proactive approach to identifying issues and driving resolutions
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Strong team ethic and willingness to learn
Desirable
Experience managing high-volume workloads
Previous banking and/or takings experience
Experience working with Oracle or similar ERP systems
