As a GBS PTP Integration SME your primary responsibility is to oversee the integration of newly acquired clinics into the respective PTP systems, processes and overall ways of working in collaboration with GBS and Genpact PTP Integration teams.
In this role you will additionally partner with our local market-based Merger & Acquisition, Local Finance and Global Acquisition Finance colleagues to ensure that GBS in partnership with our outsourced provider Genpact are operationally ready for day 1 trading with any new acquired clinic for all Purchase to Pay activities.
Key aspects of this role will require the GBS PTP Integration SME to have full oversight of day-to-day operations, month end close execution & reporting as a result of the PTP transactional activities performed by Genpact Integrations PTP colleagues responsible for newly acquired clinics.
Collaboration with Genpact, GBS PTP Global Process Owner and Group Treasury will be regular and important to ensuring reconciliations and each month end close are accurate and timely. You will also be working closely with our GBS PTP Global Process Owner and Genpact in driving a culture of continuous process improvement and leverage technology and automation tools to optimise process, workflows and to reduce manual/transactional activities.
This role is a key role within GBS Integrations and ensures that we align to our group strategy in the integration of newly acquired clinics thus ensuring consistent and efficient invoice to pay management and will ensure that our month end close process is accurate and done in compliance with IVC Evidensia group policy. IVC Evidensia is currently going through an exciting period of significant change, and you will need to embrace and drive that change.
This role requires a combination of strong analytical skills, leadership skills, extensive knowledge of global PTP practices, procedures and technology, the ability to navigate complex invoice to pay & vendor management processes and procedures, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a rapidly evolving organisation.
Oversee the integration PTP reconciliation process and month end close reporting, ensuring accurate and timely processing in collaboration with our multiple stakeholder groups.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with country CFO’s, Group Finance, GBS and Genpact management to ensure seamless supplier invoice to pay & reconciliation reporting for all newly acquired clinics.
Ensure compliance with global group policies, regulations and reporting requirements Support and input into the Group completion accounts process for newly acquired clinics e.g. completion account invoice payments Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Purchase to Pay reporting e.g. Paid on Time, Debit Balance reporting.
Stay updated with finance group policy, industry trends, and emerging technologies in global PTP management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess month end reporting performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met for all newly acquired clinics.
Oversee and manage relationships with external & internal auditors, tax, and other stakeholders for audits and compliance checks for all newly acquired clinics with the full support of GBS and Genpact PTP Integrations teams.
Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in professional networks or associations to foster knowledge exchange.
Batchelors degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferrable
Minimum of +3 years of progressive Purchase to Pay experience preferably in a shared/central finance solutions environment
Preferrable proficiency in a second language e.g., French
Proven track record of leadership and solution solving traits in a PTP function, including working with PTP external partners and leading change
Preferrable a strong knowledge of local banking, finance reporting, regulations and compliance requirements
Experience in managing relationships within a finance reporting environment.
Proficiency in using finance software or systems e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, etc.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to drive process improvements and optimize PTP operations
Strong analytical skills to assess Practice Management System (PMS) and banking data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling financial information Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global finance regulations and best practices
