Proven track record of leading and delivering successful IT improvement projects.
Pragmatic Delivery: A highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and the ability to work in a rapidly growing complex business environment with developing maturity of processes.

Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical abilities with problem-solving and decision-making skills, capable of navigating complex and ambiguous situations.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, combined with strong stakeholder management capabilities and relationship-building capabilities.
