Integration & Data Syncing: Collaborate closely with IT and Data Engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of Emarsys with multiple other data systems. Work with Tech on the set up of data pipelines and API integrations to bring in external data sources (e.g., transactional, behavioural, and product data) and maintain high data fidelity within Emarsys.
Complex Event-Driven Triggers: Develop and deploy sophisticated, event-triggered based on user interactions and real-time data inputs. Optimize event triggers and conditions to achieve highly responsive and contextual messaging.
A/B and Multivariate Testing: Design and execute robust A/B and multivariate tests to optimize subject lines, content, personalization elements, and send times. Use Emarsys’s testing framework to systematically improve campaign performance and refine workflows based on statistically significant results.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Set up and monitor custom reports and dashboards in Emarsys to track KPIs like deliverability, open rates, CTR, and conversion rates. Conduct deep-dive analysis to uncover trends and areas for optimization and integrate findings into ongoing campaign iterations.
Platform Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Oversee the technical integrity of the Emarsys instance, managing configurations, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing settings to maintain platform health and high deliverability. Work with Emarsys support when necessary to resolve issues.

Technical Qualifications:

Email Automation Expertise: 3-5 years of experience in email automation, with specific advanced use of Emarsys, including deep familiarity with its Automation Centre and Smart Insight.
Technical Skills: Highly proficient in HTML and CSS for email customization. Confidence with SQL for query-based segmentation and the use of Emarsys’s API for integration with other platforms. Experience in ESL and dynamic content scripting for personalized emails is preferred.
