We’re looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our friendly, innovative and highly collaborative international Digital Learning team. This role is central to how learning happens across IVC Evidensia — supporting colleagues, improving our SAP Litmos platform, and helping to build a thriving learning culture across the business.

🌍 The Role
As an LMS Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues in your region when it comes to all things LMS. You’ll ensure our platform runs smoothly, content is accessible, data is accurate, and users get the support they need to succeed.
You’ll work closely with LMS Administrators and Digital Learning Experts across our global network — sharing ideas, testing improvements, and helping to evolve how learning is delivered across IVC Evidensia.

💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping the LMS running day to day: user management, content uploads, module assignments and system configurationSupporting colleagues with queries and troubleshooting — translating tech into plain EnglishPartnering with regional stakeholders and becoming a trusted LMS expert and influencerProducing and supporting reports, extracting and analysing LMS dataImproving documentation, processes and ways of workingCollaborating with the Global LMS Technologist on enhancements, testing new features and integrationsSupporting end‑user training and championing best practiceSpotting opportunities to innovate and improve the learning experience

Enjoy working with LMS platforms and learning technologiesAre confident explaining technical concepts to a wide range of usersLike working autonomously but value being part of a supportive, international teamAre comfortable working remotely and collaborating virtually across regionsAre organised, detail-focused and enjoy improving systems and processes
Key experience includes:
LMS administration (or strong hands-on experience with an LMS/VLE)Office 365 tools, especially Excel for data analysisUnderstanding of SCORM, xAPI and digital learning content formatsA strong grasp of data governance and GDPRDegree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to have (but not essential):
SAP Litmos experienceHTML, CSS or JavaScript basicsHR or learning administration experienceAdditional regional language skills
