Help shape the future of learning at IVC Evidensia
Are you passionate about digital learning, technology, and creating great user experiences? Do you enjoy being the go-to person who makes things work better, smarter and faster? If so, this could be a brilliant next step for you.
We’re looking for a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to join our friendly, innovative and highly collaborative international Digital Learning team. This role is central to how learning happens across IVC Evidensia — supporting colleagues, improving our Litmos platform, and helping to build a thriving learning culture across the business.
🌍 The Role
As an LMS Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues in your region when it comes to all things LMS. You’ll ensure our platform runs smoothly, content is accessible, data is accurate, and users get the support they need to succeed.
You’ll work closely with LMS Administrators and Digital Learning Experts across our global network — sharing ideas, testing improvements, and helping to evolve how learning is delivered across IVC Evidensia.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Keeping the LMS running day to day: user management, content uploads, module assignments and system configuration
Supporting colleagues with queries and troubleshooting — translating tech into plain English
Partnering with regional stakeholders and becoming a trusted LMS expert and influencer
Producing and supporting reports, extracting and analysing LMS data
Improving documentation, processes and ways of working
Collaborating with the Global LMS Technologist on enhancements, testing new features and integrations
Supporting end‑user training and championing best practice
Spotting opportunities to innovate and improve the learning experience
✅ What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — this role is about mindset, capability and curiosity.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Enjoy working with LMS platforms and learning technologies
Are confident explaining technical concepts to a wide range of users
Like working autonomously but value being part of a supportive, international team
Are comfortable working remotely and collaborating virtually across regions
Are organised, detail-focused and enjoy improving systems and processes
Key experience includes:
LMS administration (or strong hands-on experience with an LMS/VLE)
Office 365 tools, especially Excel for data analysis
Understanding of SCORM, xAPI and digital learning content formats
A strong grasp of data governance and GDPR
Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience
Nice to have (but not essential):
Litmos experience
HTML, CSS or JavaScript basics
HR or learning administration experience
Additional regional language skills
🌱 Why Apply?
This is a fantastic opportunity to:
Play a visible role in shaping how learning works across IVC Evidensia
Build your expertise in digital learning and learning technologies
Work with an engaged, international team who share knowledge and support one another
Influence change and help colleagues achieve their learning ambitions
If you’re excited by the idea of improving learning through technology and want to grow your impact in a global organisation, we’d love to hear from you.
If you are a permanent employee, you can still apply, the role will be treated as a secondment.
