About the role


We are currently on a journey of building a best in-class talent function. Your role will be to support the work of our veterinary practices and hospitals by hiring the best people to join our corporate functions across our support operations centre. We need you, as a Talent Partner, to help us connect with the right people for our IT, Technology and Digital roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll help create our recruitment strategy and pro-actively manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing skilled candidates. You’ll be a welcoming face to the IVC Evidensia network, engaging with candidates, building stakeholder relationships, and providing preliminary screenings. You’ll also use your data skills to provide the latest market insights, helping us continue to grow and develop.
 
Ultimately, you’ll bring your strong candidate management skills, and negotiation and influencing skills, to be responsible for corporate recruitment activity for our UK and group corporate functions.

Your skills and experience:

Experience in either an agency or in-house technology recruitment role
Strong candidate management skills
The confidence to work in partnership with key Internal Stakeholders, ensuring ‘win-win’ strategies are implemented and proactively managed
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
Comfortable in negotiations with the ability to influence through evidence based data
The ability to work with recruitment data to spot trends and issues in processes/recruitment tactics
Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise and adapt to workload based on business needs
Positive approach to problem-solving

Essential:

Demonstratable experience of recruiting for various roles within IT & Digital disciplines
Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and pipelining
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building
Excellent communication skills
