About the role


We’re building a new team to support the work of our veterinary practices and hospitals by hiring the best people to join our corporate functions across our support operations centre. We need you to be part of what we do, as a recruitment specialist, helping us connect with the right people for these corporate roles.

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll help create our recruitment strategy and manage the end-to-end recruitment process by sourcing skilled candidates. You’ll be a welcoming face to the IVC Evidensia network, engaging with candidates, building stakeholder relationships, and providing preliminary screenings.  You’ll also use your data skills to provide the latest market insights, helping us continue to grow and develop.
 
Ultimately, you’ll bring your strong candidate management skills, and negotiation and influencing skills, to be responsible for corporate recruitment activity for our UK and group corporate functions.

Your skills and experience:

Experience in either an agency or in-house recruitment role.
Strong candidate management skills.
Negotiation and influencing skills.
The confidence to work in partnership with
key Internal Stakeholders, ensuring ‘win-win’ strategies are implemented, and issues identified and managed in a timely fashion
A strong voice and willingness to advocate for your expert knowledge
The ability to work with recruitment data to spot trends and issues in processes/recruitment tactics
Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise workload based on business needs
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently, as well as being a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive approach to problem-solving
Flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Competent with recruitment data and metrics

Essential:

Demonstratable experience of recruiting for various roles within the corporate functions
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building.
Excellent communication skills
Experience with proactive candidate sourcing and pipelining

Desirable

Knowledge of the Finance recruitment market and disciplines
