What will you be doing?
We’re looking for a Platform Owner to lead the evolution of our Zendesk & JIRA platforms – a critical tool that connects our veterinary teams, support operations, and clients in new and innovative ways.
This is a collaborative leadership role across Product, Design, and Engineering, where you’ll use discovery and data-driven delivery to create solutions that improve engagement and help our professionals deliver healthier outcomes for more pets.
Your Key Responsibilities
Translate business strategy into a clear product vision and roadmap
Drive and deliver the product strategy for Zendesk & Jira
Lead product launches and ensure successful adoption across the business
Own the business case and manage product profitability
Write high-level requirements (user stories, epics) and oversee delivery
Manage all aspects of the product lifecycle, including feedback and continuous improvement
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, support, operations, HR, finance) and external suppliers
Oversee supplier relationships and license management
Define and track KPIs to measure success and optimize the client experience
What we’re looking for
Strong stakeholder & supplier management skills
Experience in people management
Technical understanding of ITSM tools & Platform as a Service (PaaS)
Proven leadership in product lifecycle management (strategy and roadmap)
Large / Complex environment experience
