This role will work within the FaST project, delivering the Oracle system improvements across all markets. The project requires resource and Oracle systems knowledge and expertise to work with SMEs to resolve technical queries and issues raised as a part of Oracle implementation.
This involves reviewing system design documentation and system configuration, assessing current processes and identifying gaps and areas for improvements and enhancements.
This role is being offered on a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract basis.
Complete end-to-end process review, to include non-system process and reporting, and make improvements in line with best practice
Identify documentation, training enhancements and improvements within process area – with a clear focus on upskilling Genpact and IVCE SMEs for this area
Deliver training to wide variety of stakeholders – including offshore teams – utilising a variety of methods
Stabilise and futureproof by providing subject matter expertise in resolving issues raised ahead of Stage Gate for the project milestones
Proven experience as an Oracle Order-to-Cash (OTC) Subject Matter Expert, with deep knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes
Hands-on experience supporting Oracle implementations, including system configuration review, testing, and issue resolution
Strong ability to analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements aligned to industry best practices
Experience working with system design documentation and translating business requirements into functional solutions
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical and functional queries during system implementations
Proven track record of delivering process improvements, including non-system processes and reporting enhancements
Experience developing and enhancing process documentation and training materials for global teams
Ability to deliver training to diverse stakeholder groups, including offshore teams, using multiple delivery methods
Experience working in large-scale, multi-country transformation or ERP implementation programmes
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs, technical teams, and third-party providers
