We are looking for an Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst to join us in our mission and assist with the newly built Oracle Cloud Fusion system, transitioning it into a steady state, resolving end-user issues, replicating bugs and working with a 3rd Party Managed Service. This role will be part of a team of three analysts.
You’ll have the opportunity to bring your extensive Oracle ERP experience to a Global ERP programme.

Day to day, the Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst will be involved in:

 
Working on their newly delivered Oracle Cloud Fusion system, to deliver high-calibre system reports and analysis, ensuring business needs are met.
Provide support services to the Cloud instance of Oracle Fusion which includes the following modules: General ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Project Accounting, Fixed Assets, Accounting Hub, FCCS, EPM, OIC.
Resolving incidents and defects related to the full end-to-end process, Oracle modules and connected systems.
Replicating system issues in development environments and support with testing.
Providing system administration, maintenance, interface management and support with control of Opening/Closure of ledgers during month-end periods.
Raise continuous improvements to tackle high ticket counts.
Working closely with the 3rd Party support partners.
 

Ideally, the Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst will have:

Competencies

 
Extensive experience in Oracle R12 or Cloud Financial modules – 4+ years.
Experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud projects is desired.
Strong understanding of finance processes and terminology.
Proficient in analysing requirements, configuring systems, conducting user training, and providing ongoing support is crucial.
Oracle certifications are a bonus.
Excellent communication skills and customer service.
Experience working with third parties.
The ability to translate end users' requests into system requests.
Strong organisational skills and able to work at pace.
