About us

IVC Evidensia is one of the world’s leading veterinary care providers, operating across 20 countries with more than 2,400 sites — including first-opinion clinics, hospitals, out-of-hours centres, crematoria and other pet-care services. In the UK alone, we are the largest veterinary care provider with around 940 sites and a team of 13,000 dedicated colleagues.
We’re entering an exciting period of transformation as we rebrand to inspiring vet care and implement key remedies following the CMA Market Investigation. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in enabling change across the UK’s largest veterinary network.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Transformation Change Lead to support our organisation through this major shift. You will guide thousands of colleagues through new processes, ways of working and systems — ensuring they feel informed, confident, and ready for what comes next.
This role sits at the heart of our transformation. You'll partner with programme teams, operational leaders, communication specialists and SMEs to build impactful training, support plans, and readiness activities that set our teams up for success.

What You’ll do

Lead a detailed change impact assessment to understand the effects of transformation across different stakeholder groups.
Conduct a training needs analysis and developing a full training curriculum for our practice teams and Keynsham Support Centre.
Create practical, engaging training and support materials — such as e-learning modules, webinars, quick reference guides and more.
Work closely with programme and communication teams to deliver a clear, aligned, organisation-wide change and communication plan.
Ensure strong post-implementation support plans are in place.
Help the programme stay flexible, adaptable and responsive to emerging needs.

What You’ll Bring

Essential:
Proven experience leading change in large, complex organisations.
Ability to simplify and communicate complex transformation activities.
Confidence in designing effective training materials and learning pathways.
Excellent presentation-building and storytelling skills.

Desirable:
Experience in veterinary, healthcare, dental or similar clinical environments.
Experience working in multi-site or distributed organisations.
