We are looking for a Master Data Management Lead (Enterprise Structure & Finance) to join us in our mission and devise and enforce standards as to how enterprise structure and finance master data should be managed, ensuring that the data quality meets business operational needs.

Master data management (MDM) is a new concept at IVC Evidensia and you’ll have the opportunity to establish and embed the new MDM function and ways of working. 

Day to day, the MDM Lead (Enterprise Structure & Finance) will be involved in:

 
Acting as the global business expert on enterprise structure and finance master data, including policy and standards, data flows across different business systems and the core business transactions driven by the master data.
Being a champion for the use of standard MDM procedures and robust MDM governance disciplines.
Providing specialist MDM direction, guidance and support to the business and the MDM team.
Line management of two MDM Analysts.
Leading operational reviews with MDM team, monitoring performance, constructively raising issues and providing direction and advice as required.
Providing a professional, proactive and responsive service to internal customers
Identifying opportunities to improve master data quality and implement actions in partnership with the business and the MDM team.
Identifying operational efficiency and governance improvements to processes, procedures and ways of working across the global business.
Building strong, collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders, including the business, the third-party service provider and IT.
Creating, maintaining and publishing global business MDM documentation, including training material as required
Managing the MDM team to ensure master data problems and issues are effectively remedied in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
Co-ordinating initiatives to implement new and revised MDM processes
Updating the MDM team on new and modified processes, providing training where appropriate
Participating in design and testing activities for improvement and automation of MDM processes.
Delivering training to new MDM requesters, and updates where new processes are introduced
Defining and analysing data quality metrics to identify data quality improvements.
Providing MDM leadership and support on business development and improvement projects, where there is an MDM dependency.
Maintaining master data in business systems if required during busy or exceptional periods.
 
 

Ideally, the MDM Lead (Enterprise Structure & Finance) will have:
