As the GBS Data, Reporting & Analytics Lead (DRnA), you will own the data and analytics capabilities across GBS, driving accurate, user-friendly reporting and advanced analytics that support data-driven decision-making.
You will be accountable for the GBS data landscape, data quality and reporting governance, including KPI/SLA definitions, reporting standards, demand prioritisation and the continuous improvement roadmap. Working closely with Genpact, GBS Global Process Owners, Business Partners and operational tower leads, you will ensure data is accurate, transparent and delivered on time.
The role will translate operational data into actionable insights, helping GBS leadership identify performance trends, risks and improvement opportunities. You will also drive continuous improvement through technology, automation and enhanced analytical capabilities.

Retrieve data from multiple internal and external sources, ensuring data quality by cleaning, validating, and transforming it into a usable format.
Utilize statistical methods and analytical tools to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data sets.
Design and develop regular and ad-hoc reports using data visualization techniques to present key metrics and insights in a clear and concise manner.
Build interactive dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools to enable real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Establish and maintain strong relationships with regional & country CFO’s, Group Finance and Genpact management to ensure seamless GBS reporting delivery.
Develop data models to facilitate analysis and reporting, including dimensional modelling techniques.
Adhere to data governance policies and procedures to ensure data accuracy and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional team management, including GPO, finance, legal, and IT, to streamline GBS data integration.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess GBS operational performance and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Manage relationships with external & internal stakeholders e.g. Group IT, Genpact, GBS Global Process Owners, etc.
Understanding of business operations and key performance metrics relevant to the industry
Stay informed about industry best practices and participate in professional networks or associations to foster knowledge exchange.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting or equivalent, with relevant experience in data and analytics.
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in data, reporting or analytics within a finance or global business services environment, with experience in a leadership or lead role preferred.
Good working knowledge of Power BI, DAX and data modelling, with the ability to develop and review BI solutions.
Strong understanding of data warehousing, dimensional modelling and data integration.
Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or other ERP systems
Strong SQL skills (Oracle SQL and/or PL/SQL) for data manipulation and querying.
Proficiency in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), BI Publisher, and potentially Financial Reporting Studio (FRS). Familiarity with modules like financials, procurement, and human resources
Extensive experience in managing relationships within a finance reporting environment.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in addition to having strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Understanding of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements in handling financial information.
Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel & PowerBi, for data analysis and reporting
Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with changes in global finance regulations and best practices.
