About the role

We’re looking for a Commercial Vet to join our UK & Ireland Commercial and Procurement team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced veterinary surgeon ideally with a small animal (but not limited to) background who is interested in applying their clinical expertise in a broader, commercially focused role.

In this position, you’ll act as a clinical authority within the commercial function, supporting procurement decisions, supplier relationships and practice-facing initiatives. You’ll help ensure that purchasing decisions are clinically appropriate, commercially sound and aligned with the needs of our practices.
This role is predominantly remote (c.95%), and is well suited to clinicians looking to transition out of full-time practice while staying close to clinical decision-making.

Stakeholder & operational support

Act as a key liaison between Procurement, the Clinical Board and practices
Support out-of-stock management and alternative sourcing
Assist with onboarding new clinical products outside tender cycles

Expect a varied working week and plenty of opportunity to apply clinical judgement in a new context.
