At Bourne Vets, we have two very well-established surgeries in the Lincolnshire market towns of Spalding and Bourne, both of which have a loyal client base of well over 20 years. 

Our friendly team comprises of three veterinary surgeons, four experienced RVNs, three nursing assistants, and a full team of receptionists. We are a very encouraging team who are always support each other and work well together. We are committed to providing the highest standards in client and animal care. 

Both practices are equipped with digital radiography (recently purchased and upgraded to DR system), ultrasounds, endoscope, and in-house blood testing equipment. We also have good-sized theatres and consult rooms for our varied first opinion cases. Our Spalding branch has very recently been refurbished to a high spec finish and our Bourne branch is next on the list!

Opportunities at Alder Veterinary Practice

We are looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic, and skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our small yet busy team at Alder Veterinary Practice. You will be joining our well-established team of 3 Veterinary Surgeons; the role is hugely varied and will include consults and operating daily and caring for our very loyal and friendly client base. This position is split over two sites in Bourne and Spalding with 75% of your time spent in Bourne however this is negotiable to a certain extent depending on your requirements and personal circumstances.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Regional Veterinary Surgeon to join our team. If you are an experienced vet surgeon based in the south Lincolnshire area looking for a role that offers variety and the opportunity to work within three practices and three teams, please get in touch. All three sites are based within a 5 -30 min driving distance of each other with each team offering a wealth of experience with certificate holders in surgery, orthopaedics / soft tissue, medicine, emergency and critical care and dermatology.
